1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, launching the studio, or otherwise accessing JSON Prompt Studio at https://jsonprompt.studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revision date above. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally allowed to form a binding contract to use JSON Prompt Studio. You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information, safeguarding your login credentials, and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or impact platform stability.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Access to premium workflows, higher rate limits, or AI generation credits may require a paid subscription. Fees, renewal periods, and included usage are described inside the product interface and at https://jsonprompt.studio/pricing. By subscribing you authorize us (or our payment processor) to automatically charge the payment method on file until you cancel. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable and we may change prices with reasonable notice. You are responsible for taxes, currency conversion fees, and overage charges.

4. Prompt Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit to JSON Prompt Studio. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, analyze, and display that content solely to provide and improve the services. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of everything you submit. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share or that violates another person's intellectual property or privacy.

5. Acceptable Use

When using jsonprompt.studio you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform integrity or rate limits.
• Use the studio to generate disallowed content including explicit, hateful, or deceptive imagery.
• Upload malicious code, automated bots, or unauthorized monitoring tools.
• Misrepresent output as human-created when disclosure is required by law or the receiving platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity, or to violate another party's rights.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Failure to follow these rules can lead to suspension or removal without refund.

6. AI Outputs and Third-Party Providers

JSON Prompt Studio orchestrates AI providers and GPU infrastructure operated by trusted partners. When you submit a prompt we may send the content, metadata, and reference assets to those partners to fulfill the request. AI-generated results may be unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to work generated for other users. You are solely responsible for verifying that outputs are appropriate for your intended use and for meeting any disclosure or licensing obligations attached to downstream platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, branding, logos, and content we provide (other than your own submissions) are owned by JSON Prompt Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, revocable right to access the services solely for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, resell, or falsely imply association with JSON Prompt Studio without our written consent.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time inside the application or by contacting support@jsonprompt.studio. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, harm the platform, or fail to pay fees. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services, including all AI outputs, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSON Prompt Studio will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if we have been advised of their possibility. Our total liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event or USD $100.

10. Indemnification and Governing Law

You agree to defend and indemnify JSON Prompt Studio, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JSON Prompt Studio is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless mutually agreed otherwise or prohibited by local consumer law.

11. Changes and Contact

We may modify these Terms to reflect feature updates, regulatory requirements, or security needs. We will post the revised version on https://jsonprompt.studio/terms and update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights we will provide advance notice through the studio interface or by email when possible.
